* ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.
* All deposits are non-refundable- NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Deposits will be viable for up to three months, as long as they are maintained within the stipulations of our cancellation policy.
* We do allow a 30 minute grace period for late arrivals. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be marked as no call/ no show unless you CONTACT THE SHOP before your scheduled appointment time.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that things happen sometimes, however, we do have a 48 hour minimum on cancellations or reschedules.
In order to reschedule, you MUST CONTACT THE SHOP during regular business hours, failure to do so will be marked as a no call, no show and the deposit will be forfeited.
Reschedules made during the 48 hour time period are required to pay a $50, non-refundable fee to reschedule. This fee is not applied towards your tattoo, it goes to the artist.
After three reschedules, your deposit will be forfeited. You will be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the total price estimated in order to reschedule.
We arrange our lives in accordance with our schedule, and our time is valuable.
